"Pretty smooth once I got to checkout"
I was mostly just browsing around peptidesciences.com for a bit and comparing a few things before deciding what to order. The site was easy enough to move around, and when I finally got to checkout, it all went smoothly. I didn’t run into any issues paying, which was nice, and I liked that they had more than one payment option instead of forcing me into just one method. I picked the one that worked best for me, the order went through quickly, and there weren’t any strange errors or delays.

"Replacement was fine, refund took a bit"
I did end up getting the replacement, so I’m happy about that. The only thing that bugged me was the refund took longer than I personally like. I’m probably a little biased because I get impatient with this kind of stuff, but overall it was handled okay

The products seem to be good quality and were packed well. I’ve ordered a couple of times now, and everything showed up in good shape. Shipping maybe took a bit longer than I was expecting, but it wasn’t a big deal overall.

I looked through the third-party test results and, at least on paper, they seemed fine. But I still wasn’t totally convinced about the overall quality, so I decided not to buy. Just to be clear, I haven’t personally used the product, this is only based on what I saw while researching.

I was hoping this delivery would go smoother this time, but it ended up being late again. I kept checking the tracking, thinking maybe I’d get a better idea of where it was, but it barely updated at all. It was kind of frustrating just waiting around without knowing what was going on.

Ordered from Peptide Sciences and yeah, the package showed up in decent shape. The temp control seemed fine, I think... the cold pack was still a little chilled when I opened it, so that was good to see. Shipping was about what I expected, not exactly fast, but not slow either. Nothing looked warm or damaged or anything, which was the main thing I was worried about. I’m giving it 4 stars because the box maybe could’ve had a bit more padding, just to feel a little safer, but overall it was fine. I’d probably order again...

My order showed up fine and thankfully nothing was damaged, but I’ll admit the packaging had me a little worried. The box had a few dents, and the padding inside felt minimal. If the delivery had been a bit rougher, I’m not sure everything would’ve made it safely. For the price, I expected it to feel more secure and better protected.

Most of the stuff I’m looking for is usually in stock, which is NICE. There were a couple items that were out once, but they came back before too long. Overall it’s been a good experience, I just wish the availability was a little more consistent

I’ve used it a few times now for research, and the results have been really consistent. I’m the kind of person who notices little differences in wording, numbers, or formatting, and so far it hasn’t been all over the place like some tools can be. That consistency makes it a lot easier to trust and keep using.

I don’t remember every little step, which is probably a good sign, but checkout was painless overall. The site loaded fine, I found what I needed, added it to my cart, and the payment went through without any drama.
The only thing that sticks out to me is the shipping options. I feel like they weren’t super clear until the very end, so I had to go back once to make sure I picked the right thing. Not a huge deal, just a small hiccup. I’d give it 4 stars.

I appreciate that Peptide Sciences makes certificates of analysis available because, for me, that adds some reassurance before placing an order. Depending on the product page, it can take a little clicking around to find what I’m looking for, so I do wish every COA was easier to spot right away. Overall though, the site feels clear and useful, and I’d still give it a solid 4 stars

I tried using a promo code, but it barely took anything off the total. It didn’t feel like much of a deal, and when it didn’t help the way I expected, it kind of had that ‘they made it my problem’ feeling. Overall, not really worth the effort...

So far, it’s been a clean and consistent experience. The purity looked solid and matched the batch info I checked, and I didn’t notice any odd smells or issues. It also seemed consistent from one order to the next, which I appreciate. I’m giving it 5 stars, though I’d still like to see that same level of quality hold up over more orders.

The shipping was way slower than I thought it would be. I kept checking for updates and it felt like, why is this so complicated? It did eventually arrive, but the wait was frustrating.
